Kinsale holiday home is situated in a superb location on a quite street just one minutes walk from the centre of Kinsale town in county Cork Ireland.  This two-storey mid terrace house comfortably accommodates five/six and has spacious off street parking. 

The accommodation comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The master bedroom has one double bed with full ensuite bathroom including a Jacuzzi bath. The second double bedroom has twin beds with ensuite shower, wash hand basin and wc.  The third single bedroom has wash hand basin and a full pull out bed for extra accommodation.  All bedrooms have generous build-in wardrobe space.  There is a large hot-press on the up stairs landing.

The ground floor consists of living room with sliding door access to sunny secluded courtyard/ patio. It has a spiral stairs leading to the first floor.  There is a large fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, electric hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher and microwave.  There is a separate dining area which also has sliding doors giving separate access to the patio.

Heating is by electric storage radiators, there is also a gas fire in the lounge and cable TV.  The house is furnished and fitted to a high standard and makes an ideal holiday home with its close proximity to all the gourmet restaurants and numerous facilities which Kinsale has to offer.
